Desiree, a proud West Philly native, discovered her ability to inspire people to be the best version of themselves at an early age. She developed her social identity and passion for diversity and inclusion as a student at Spelman College, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Desiree’s professional experience includes corporate communications, campus recruiting and diversity and inclusion at BET Networks, NBCUniversal, MSNBC, Nickelodeon, and Turner— a Warner Media Company.
As the Founder of the ColorVizion Lab, Desiree focuses on transforming motivated black professionals into an irresistible hire and helps them develop the skills to thrive in Corporate America. She is now expanding her clientele to companies by helping them develop and retain top diverse Millennial and Gen Z talent through workshops, online courses, and speaking engagements.
